• Content Source and Nature: All video content hosted on this Website consists of copies of livestreams that were originally broadcast publicly on YouTube by RonenGG. We do not claim any ownership of this content.
• Content Storage and Delivery: The livestream videos available on this Website are stored on Cloudflare R2 and served to you via the Cloudflare Content Delivery Network (CDN).
• Copyright Holder: All copyright and intellectual property rights for the video content hosted on this site remain with the original creator, RonenGG (Ronen Robin), or any other respective copyright holders. This Website is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by RonenGG unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• No Commercial Intent: This Website is a fan-operated archive and is strictly non-commercial. No advertisements are served on this Website, and no revenue is generated from its operation or from the content hosted.

2. Copyright Infringement and Takedown Policy (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright holder (or an authorized agent) and believe that any content hosted on this Website infringes upon your copyright, please notify us.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original takedown notice. Further, Passover Subathon does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site. The content is archived directly from public YouTube broadcasts and is presented as originally aired, to the best of our ability.

5. Limitation of Liability
